The Control4 software allows GUDE’s intelligent power solutions to be seamlessly integrated into any smart home installation. Thanks to freely available drivers, Control4 automation and control systems can be supplemented with reliable monitoring and control of the Cologne-based manufacturer’s power distribution units.

This considerably expands the range of functions of the intelligent home control system, while at the same time allowing simple and intuitive operation. Users can use the IP socket strips in conjunction with Control4:

  • Query the status of all load outputs
  • Programme switching sequences individually
  • Switch load outputs individually
  • Remotely or automatically restart each load output (remote reboot)
  • Set sensor values for effective environmental monitoring (temperature, humidity)

OvrC is the cloud management platform from SnapOne and Control4. It was developed to support residential and IT integrators in the remote monitoring and control of their devices.

With OvrC and GUDE’s IP power solutions, you can switch your devices on or off and restart them remotely. All without costly service technician visits to your customer’s premises.
