GUDE wins prestigious AV award

GUDE Systems, leading provider of intelligent AV power solutions, has won the prestigious AVard. The award was presented yesterday evening at the fully booked awards ceremony in the Börsensaal of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce. With its latest Expert Power Control 1121-1 power distribution system, the Cologne-based manufacturer prevailed over the other finalists in the category Hidden Champion. The prize, which is awarded by public voting, honours the Cologne-based company’s efforts to develop innovative and sustainable products for the AV market.

The Expert Power Control 1121-1 was developed with the aim that it can be integrated into even the smallest AV environments thanks to its compact size: Behind flat screens, under table tops and in small media furniture, the distributor controls and monitors two AV devices inconspicuously in the background. So it is no coincidence that the new product has now made it to the Hidden Champion with the public.

The AVard for manufacturers from the audio/video sector is awarded annually by the trade magazine Professional System and is considered one of the most important awards in the industry.
